Deactivate Activision Account
This will log you out of your account, and you will no longer have access to account information, Activision Communities, or other Activision services associated with this account. You will also be unsubscribed from receiving email communications from Activision. Once the account is deactivated, you will be unable to create a new account using the email address associated with this account.

Deleting the account is something they have to do by law. Which is what I was getting at before, which is essentially what you were doing unlinking them from bnet. However I underestimated activisions ability to wait this out, till they internally fix all bugs and make sure the bans stick, thus avoiding more bypasses.
According to other people this has been recently patched.
