make sure you are on a calorie deficit. count your calories and aim at -500 deficit per day. That's 1 kg of fat lost per week.
I dont think there is a magical solution to fast weight loss, despite what tv ads like to suggest.
The key is on a change of diet, regular exercising and enough discipline to sticking to it. Its by no means a fast process.

You have to "cut". Cutting means to lose weight in the shortest (safe) amount of time you can. You can do that by exercising, and in general burning more calories than you eat. You may burn 300 calories from exercising, but as a general rule of thumb your eaten calories are neutralised by idle burning , so those 300 come in handy.

Losing weight on specific parts of your body is a myth (unless you undergo surgery).
Focus on losing weight in general/overall. Basically you need to intake less calories than you spend/burn. So eat less calories or exercise more (or do both). Whatever works best for you, as long as you are in a calorie deficit!
Intermittent fasting is a great way to get lean and more healthy.
