Legally, any two guys (or girls) could get married and get marriage benefits.

A guy and a girl could still get married for the sake of it, but they have to live together, so they are essentially "married". If guys or girls do it, then it's not really a big deal since it would be like rooming/dorming together.

Do you just choose to be ignorant? If something just randomly happens in nature it is by definition natural. Homosexuality is, by definition, natural. Besides, marriage is something completely unnatural. It has nothing to do with why, how or where homosexuality happens. Nobody should be denied the right of marriage with whomever they want as long as it are two adults capable of knowing what is happening and capable of giving consent.

To be honest I do not know. The background of marriage has always been to give ones daughter away to a man, it is only in recent history that the homosexual population wants to be "married" formally as by government standards. Personally, I do not believe the government should have ever involved itself in marriage; in this case there would be no dispute a marriage would still be connected to the past reason for marriage. If anything I think they should create a separate ceremony for homosexuals, as I do believe in the common tradition of a father giving away his daughter to another man in that case, though I also do believe people in te homosexual community have a right to be together and happy as such, I just don't consider it a true marriage in that case by traditional terms, it's more of a "unified bond" in retrospect to me.

Add: and homosexuality IS a choice. There is no "gay gene", and until it is proven to actually exist it will remain a choice. It has not been proven otherwise, an whether you're a female or male trapped inte opposite genders body or not, it is still a choice considering the rule of reproduction for humans, beig there must be a male and a female. Im not saying it is a wrong choice, I have a few gay friends myself, but it is still a choice either way. They may find people of the same sex attractive, but they still "choose" to act upon those emotions. If our bodies were designed to take dicks and be male, we would be hermaphrodites.

Once again I have no qualms with the homosexual community, but there is no evidence of it being genetic in order to be a homosexual. It's emotional, which gives them the option of choosing their sexuality, and that in y opinion is more just for them than to just "have" to e homosexual.
