We aren't greedy. Most giveaways are scams so it looks like we're greedy but I'd say high posters give away more shit than new people. Hell if I wasn't so tight on cash right now I'd be doing monthly giveaways, and I still intend too once a get a steady flow of cash going.

As for the 1st rule, it can always be reduced to like 200 or 300 if checked over with a GM or MM I guess. But the other 3 rules should stay in tact.

I agree with regulating, but it would be hard to enforce. Providing proof of digital wares/RND results are easy to fake.
I think giveaways should be done via OMM. That way once the winner has been "chosen" the OMM will request proof (i.e. if its a game code proof that it was a working code, if item provide proof it was received) otherwise giveaway host will be blacklisted.

I don't think its too much to ask or too hard for quick videos of game codes being entered to show it worked. Likewise its not hard to ask for proof from both parties of physical items

fuck these giveaways in general. these choose numbers shit is mostly stupid considering they can easily choose whoever they want regardless of the number. It's dumb.. plus these humble bundle giveaways are retarded considering it only costs $1...
