Well, as you all may know, @ @Botmaker had improved upon Ikulip's server code to make it a playable standalone RotMG Server.

As I promised in the Source code thread, I am going to Release the Account server created by me.

It is currently in a very early stage, but it can perform most of the duties of BotMaker's Account Server.

Instructions:
1. Check if you have the latest version of java and have it on your PATH Variable(Just try to run OryxDom)
2. Double Click Start Account Server.bat and Start RotMG Server.bat
3. Open the client in the flash projector.

Additional Options:
Type "localhost" into any browser's address bar to see the settings.

A Java version of the account server nice idea, ill be using this from now on, did you included source code? Also think you forgot to put the virus scans for the download

Hello and welcome to you newest class "Server Administration 101". I'm your instructor UltaN00b and today I'm going to teach you how to run the RotMG Public Server. So, lets get started right away!

I'll assume prior knowledge about downloading things.

Instructions:
1. Make sure you've installed Java(Try running any Mod Selector, and see if it starts).If this works, be sure to proceed to the next step.
2. Download the Game Server from here and the Account Server from here.
3.Extract all the ZIP files to the directory that you want.
4.Double click WEBSERV1.exe to start
If it is not turning on, or showing errors:
a.Turn off Skype(if you have it open) as both of them use the port 80 to host the servers.
b.Run it as an Administrator.
c. Run It with Windows 95 Compatibility mode.
5.Go in to the Game Server directory and double click server.bat
6.Now once again go into the Account Server Directory and start client.swf

@ @Botmaker I didn't include the source due to my extremely laggy internet and also didn't include the virus scans for the same reason. However, the source is unobusificated, and can be easily decompiled using jd-gui or using Java's own command line jar tool:

jar xf jRotMG_AS.jar

For everyone whos asking u can use ''Hamachi'' to connect to play with each other i think the maximum player is 5 when u connect with hamachi. Have fun (:

Hey i hate to be the noob with errors nut my damnn computer wont open the webserv1 file it keeps saying "Cannot open .exe files" Ive tried the microsoft trouble shoot program and it did nothing Any help?
