Having some problems with ptc login.

Updated the tutorial to newest version, also the bot should autoupdate to 3.3 which fixes the 30 minute crash.

So it won't transfer it if it has high perfect percentage or high cp.

It lets you know the IV percent of the pokemon. You can turn it off in config if you don't like it.
