When Earth comes to an end, what will you do?
Float around in space until you reach the center of a black hole, which will rip you apart.
If by immortal, you mean PHYSICALLY immortal, you will no doubt be in extreme pain for a long period of time until you somehow, if even possible, get out of that black hole.

If it doesn't go that way, you get picked up by aliens,.
In this scenario, you either get treated as a God or scientific experiment.
They take you to their planet, imprison you, or worship you as a God.
All of that, just for you to see them, eventually, all die, just like your own species did back at Earth.

Also, you can float around endlessly in space, forever.
You will go completely insane, and devour yourself in your own thoughts.
