so.......the government is trying to crackdown on hackers, so there won't be so much of a lawsuit compared to jailtime for cybercrime intent. (i am right now researching for a school assignment. I choose cybercrime.)

it's easier to get caught for money problems than hacking, though. So you will be caught fast with money.

not so. The FBI go after the harder cases of pure hacking rather than money scams for online gameing.......if the account is stolen then they come down, but otherwise they ignore it until they slap the fly away.

FBI wouldn't get into the case I'm tlaking about though..

How it'd happen is users would realise you're gaining money from something someone else made or just realise you're getting money in the first place and report you to gunbound's creators ofcourse. Then they'd take you directly to court.. no FBI needed. It's in their license agreement somewhere probably. That's why in this case it'd be easier to get caught.

PLUS hacker's(truly good ones) are never caught. All that masking and such.

yeah, some hackers mess with the FBI by sending them emails for fun after telling them about how many credit card numbers they stole.....and they went through 10 servers and deleted all files saying that they had been there. Honestly, these elite hackers are seriously arguant......totally unlike me....*cough*

But yeah.. hacking is way more serious of an offense than gouging profit but still.. you WILL get caught because people are really stupid and will tell on you. Hehehe.

Thinking of it, I could do MU server. I had one a few months ago but died from lack of traffic to the game. Could only get no tmore then 50 people online and that was pointless. Also i'd only do MU if someone would make me the webpage :P I can't for some reason ever get it too work :P
