Well I apologize if I accused you dude. As what premium seller said. When I went to the site it said it you can photoshop pics. I didn't know that you can do that to photos I never seen that before. So, with the links in the pics. Made it look very suspicious.

As i stated above as he promised for a certain rate he didnt pay me , So mate its basically he paid me half , I dont want that money as its small amount but i made this scam report because even if its a big amount he will do the same and go away , Everyone should get a second chance so give him a change bro once again hope he will learn something from this and wont make the same mistake again , well as diepvonhu1 please sort my 2 paypal accounts i bought from you because of your bad cards or hacked ones your have used on the accounts i lost 550$ in totall one account with 450$ and other one is with 100$ i can show proof that i got them from you fresh paypal accounts well as money on the accounts

1. I have never exchanged from Paypal funds with 80% as he said. I always exchange with rate 70%. When he contacted me to want to exchange, i showed him about my thread and my rates.

When i calculator how much I had to send, i said mistaken 70% to 80% and i modified immediately.




And i sent him $13.6 btc for $20 Paypal he sent me. ( $20x0.7 - $0.4 fee btc = $13.6), so i paid him fully.
He always accused me because I've got a little confused about the exchange rate. He is like a child.
Please check and adjudge.

2. I am selling Fresh Paypal accounts, not hacked or stolen as he said and i am only sure that when i give my customers it is still good, then i could not ensure anything after, depends on their customers using. You can ask any seller about that. Everybody know that Paypal is bullshit paygate. It always is stuck and complex.
I always warn all customer about that.
