How did the list earn you a ban peterino55?

So I edited the BOUNTY_AWARD_LEVEL_1_MODIFIER to 12000 and when the bounty was claimed, no money was received. It seems any value over 9000 (10k default) doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is there some other piece I am missing?

@hardkoregtapanda No, I am pretty sure that there is a limit to some of the tunable values. When I tried to change the payout multiplier for some of regular jobs and missions, the money was not awarded to my account upon completion.
