The human snipe feature dont work rigth i found 100 mews near me but they dont catch them haha there a no mews but why show? and with other too ony dratini and magikarp cought with this feature, the bot walks to the snipe pokemon and there is nothing he walks straight away

You can edit the config fairly easily in the file for it, and the settings are all personal preference. You should stick to humanized settings, meaning a semi-long delay (about 9k is what I use) and no more than 15 km/h for speed. Sniping should be disabled.
CP / IV preferences are personal and depend on what you want.
By "Sniping should be disabled" you mean this script will do?
