Most of the checkboxes on the left side (might be all of them, I haven't checked them all) are making the bot crash when you tick them, this is just a heads up, I have no clue how to fix it, sorry.

Can you explain to me how to setup the auto transfer?

Well apparently you can't change anything on the left side in this update (Will most likely get fixed in the next update), but it's right here:

 

Like I said, that can't be changed in this update since it crashes the bot, so the only thing you can do is choose which Pokémon not to transfer.

CP is the cp of your pokemon
BEST is the cp your pokemon would have with 100% iv
Then powered is your pokemon full upgradet at lvl 40

i tried to put it to 1500, but it transfered anything i had in duplicate over 1500CP. i tried to put it to 1 so it duplicates everything, but it doesnt

when i put 1500, it duplicates everything above 1500 but nothing under. So i tried to put Minimum 1CP, so it duplicates everything

It doesn't duplicate anything. It just transfers anything that has more than one of the same Pokémon.

How can I do for my character stop walk and I can make some changes in my Pokemon and then make him walk again?

If I stop the bot, I will not be able to evolve, transfer, rename pokemon manually, I want to do this, but while i'm doing this I want my character don't move

Oh... then I don't understand the problem. If it transfers everything under 1500 when it's at 1500 and transfers everything above 1 when it's set to 1, then I don't see the problem...
