Simply you overlaid one basic color,
You added a text, text you probably got from dafonts.
You then added a bird and overlaid that.
Quality is bad.
Time spent on it estimated 10 minutes at most.

EDIT: And to make matters worse you used the american eagle clothing sign.

1. i overlaid with blue, grey, and i cant remember what else. and i edited the hue, saturation, and lightness. then made certain parts black.
2. the text i added was from dafonts, but looked nothing like what it looks like in the pic. i engraved it and edited color and stuff.
3. i added a hawk on request and i didnt just overlay it. the original pic is here: im not saying how i got the background and stuff off. and i didnt even overlay, i screened and engraved it too.
4.rethink that.

i only spent that much time on it cuz i did a bunch of new stuff and Contra helped me on msn too. and i was chatting with contra and doing other facebook stuff. i dont see how the engraved text doesnt fit or how its sloppy. and its not really engraved as in put into the gun, its engraved as in stands out and looks better. and the eagle all i did was drop a shadow so it pops out instead of being flat.

2. wasnt meant to be fully engraved, or i would've done that. (u fail.)
