I had a dream that I was being chased by a sadistic psychotic ice cream man with a comical vanilla ice cream cone for a head. It had the cartoon face and all that shit. He was armed with a chainsaw, and the closer he got the louder the ice cream truck tune would play. By the way, I was lucid the entire time, I was aware I was dreaming, but I couldn't influence the direction the dream was taking. So eventually I hid myself in a corner next a dumpster and I tried forcing myself awake. And every time I tried opening my eyes they felt heavy as fuck and would snap shut again. Every time my eyelids closed I would see this motherfucker drawing closer and closer. Eventually he was close enough to do his deed and I felt everything. I was about 4.

Dream went like this (btw I was thinking about zombies before I went to sleep):

In Boston (where I live), there was a break-out, some infection that didn't make people zombies, but instead very aggressive (and will probably cannibalize you, so living zombies). I at the time was with my class on a trip and we were near a hospital, believing to be a starting place of the infection. People started daring each other to go in and in the end, a couple (about 10-15) of us went in. We went in though a side/backdoor from an alley. We decided to go down the stairs into the lower floors. We opened these double doors that led to a place that didnt seem to belong in a hospital, it looked like a parking lot, but instead of what you would expect, the ground was all dirt. At the far end of the room, there was a staircase. Upon reaching the staircase (small staircase, about 10 steps), we started going up and halfway up, we saw a door. One second afterward, we heard a loud breathing sound on the other side of the wall and one of those "monsters" burst though the door and started chasing us. Out of the ten, I was about the 4th one in the back, so everyone turned and started making a run for it, to try to get out of the hospital before that "thing" got you and killed you. I ran across the room and and swung open the door and bolted up the stairs. Behind me I can hear people screaming. When I reached the top of the stairs, I heard heavy running behind me. My friend, Robert, saw me struggle, but inside we both new that if he stayed, instead of just me dying, it would be both of us, so he ran. My body was tired out and I knew I didn't have the energy in me to run all the way out. The creature (looked like a regular human being, except blood dripping out of its mouth and all over its mouth) slowly approached me. I looked around but there was nothing to protect myself with. The "man" said, "What have you discovered about me? Do you know my secret?". I replied with a fast "No", and I felt my heart beating really fast. The man paused for a second and then bit my wrist, leaving a deep gash in my arm. I fell to the ground trying to help the wound by balling it up in my shirt and putting it underneath my armpit and my armpit put pressure on it. It was about to take a bite out of me again, but everything went black and I woke up.

And so...after that nightmare it was hard to go back to sleep so I decided to think of something better. I'm not going to say what happened in the next dream because it's very...private.
