It works , but after every rebirth it doesnt anymore, than I first need to go to snails or something and then back to high level monsters :P,

You can't hit high damage as an extremely low level on high level mobs regardless of damage hacks or not. If you use a skill like Genesis however, it should allow you to hit the mobs as the low level/high mob level thing doesn't exist for magic-based attacks.
