My kitty is sick

Now for 12 hours he's been throwing up white and not eating nor drinking. Idk if he's used the restroom but hes male 4 years old named Joker.
Idk what to do my parents might take him to the vet if this goes on for another day. But that's money we don't have. He's been laying sick in the same spot on my bed all day, and he hasn't thrown up yet. But his breathing is slower than usual.

No, but he has a one-track mind, he trys to eat all the time, eating anything I guess. now hes not eating since we came back at 2pm yesterday from hiking. He had a vaccination shot but that was last week. He still won't drink water.
I'd go take him to the vet asap.
