Hey at least you can draw! I can't even do a simple person it gets all messed up. I'm jealous of you right now cuz you can at least draw a body!

I sucked at drawing manga even more than you when I first started (I was self-taught), you'll get better soon enough.
After all, practice makes perfect.

Amazing facial structure, but the body figure isn't right. I suggest adding a longer neck.
