It's the Gamemode of the server, it doesnt let you buy with hacked money.

The other version was freezing within seconds of playing. (from the official download)

Check your hosts file now, he's blocked virustotal.com etc.. the majority of virus scanning sites.

Forgot to mention, it's either a rat or keylogger, more then likely a rat.

Download mrmilchprodukt's mod_sa, works perfectly (rather then this piece of shit)
Also, please note that it's the basic mode. (The one without the "fake kill" and "spectate" or whatever.)
