I use process hacker to edit user.ini keybinds
1.Open MAT.exe.
2.Open process hacker at mat login page.
3.Go process hacker and find mat.
4.Right click mat and select properties.
5.Go threads tab and find "MAT.exe!GLoadedD3DDrv"(I think the name right)
6.Right click "MAT.exe!GLoadedD3DDrv" and select windows.
7.Find "MATUnrealWLog" then right click>visible.
8.(It will appear a window with mat)Type preferences then press enter.
9.Advanced>Raw Key Bindings.
10.Select keys and input the command correctly.

Or you can just use console in mat to edit user.ini keybinds.

Press Insert(whatever key you set) then type:
Set Input [key] [command]

Example commands:-
Rend Blend
Rend Bone
Rend Skin
Rend Bound
Rend Reset
Behindview 1
Behindview 0
Fov 180 (speed bug[Just For fun])
Switchteam
Reconnect
Disconnect
Editobj [weapon name]
KFXSetPB 1 (God Mode) [Still DC]
