I did every thing, I added the laugh code and I start the game and it says BFHeroes.exe have stopped working.

I'll give you an "A" for effort m8, but since things like the default weapon sets, xp gain, clothes bought with battlefunds and the like are kept server side, all you'll ever get going is on the tutorial, which in effect is your own server. Which is precisely why they kept that info server only. The server overrides any client variables with the set it has on file, so to speak. Your going to have to find some way to do some real hacking of the bfh main servers to get it to work, which could land you in jail if your caught. Btw, oddly enough all this info he is posting here was taken from the bfh forums.

Nom, the emotes and character skins are the only thing you can edit and spoof. You might seriously rethink offering 150 bucks too dude, I can guarantee you the tut for how to do this was posted on the BFH website in the exploits section about 2 weeks ago, before they decided to ban you if you had edited your player skin files. You might have honestly stumbled on it yourself, but it's already been exhaustively researched by players on the bfh forums. Not saying you leeched, for all I know your the guy who posted on the bfh site. And as for the server comment, I said running the modified files for clothes and gear and VP boosters only works in the tutorial, wich is in essence a private server. I didn't say you rented a server.

Hi all,

Because i discover ALLOT in BFH, i've made this development topic.


XPBooster/VPBooster spawn and hack - 35% done
Problem: I CAN get it for free (item id 9000/9005), I CAN get 75x my normal XP/VP with it, i CAN see it in-game working (green arrow) but i CAN'T get the bonus at the scoreboard.

Free Clothes - 10% done
Problem: Autokick from every server, but i CAN see them in the Tutorial.

Shotgun from Soldier to Commando - 75% done
Problem: Disappears in-game, but i CAN use it in the tutorial.

Free emotes - 100% working/done

- MAKE SURE NO BATTLEFIELD PROCESS IS RUNNING. -


1): Make a back-up of C:Program FilesEA GamesBattlefield HeroesmodsbfheroesObjectsItems_server.zipDefaultCustomization.xml.
This is very important! If something goes wrong, you'll get autokick from every server...

2): Open Items_server.zip .

3): Open DefaultCustomization.xml and copy everything into a new Notepad document (Start > Execute > Notepad.exe).

4): Save it as DefaultCustomization.xml to your DESKTOP.

5): Allright. Right now you have 3 DefaultCustomization.xml files. One in your backup, one for the editing (desktop), and the real one in Items_Server.zip .

6): Open the one for editing (on your desktop).

Here's a part of the file:

It says what hero it is (Germans, Commando).
Search for the hero you want to give the emotes to.

For free emotes, we need emote id's. You can find them in the file Emotes.xml, located in Items_Server.zip .

Put the emote id's between <emotes></emotes>.

That's it! You're done!
