The source I originally got it from didn't get it from Safe Keys or infiSTAR and it was a day sooner than the publication of these files. Either or, doesn't really matter who got access first. Just matters that randoms aren't trying to take credit for obtaining the files.

Please note "released", this doesn't entirely mean they were the original leaks. Though this would kinda make sense if they got it, I can see devs coming to popular hackers like team monky and asking how to exploit the game, then having them leak it...
