Personally, i just avoid normal blind pick, and stick with ranked. People there troll less since a lot of them dont wanna ruin their elos.

Ranks is a pit of trolls. Normal draft is the place to go if you don't want to get trolled.

If you dodge the que you will avoid loss as well duhhh losing your LP
but it doesn't deduct your ELO! so it's okay to dodge

I would dodge if he/she doesn't dodge first, i would rather lose LP than waste my time on an already lost game...

You can always mute him/her.

Just don't type anything to them, if they continue in game, hit that mute button!

In most cases just ignore it. If they continue ingame mute them
Some cases though it's not bad to answer them, but remember to stay polite and don't take everything too seriously.

Remember to always stay positive and don't let them affect your own gameplay
