Guys, It does work, however it only works if you have at least 1 skin unlocked.

You must own one of those skins for example I own skin number 4.
So I can play only with skin that is number 4 in skins list of selected champion.

Tristana (I own Skin number 3):
Classic, Riot, Skin 3, Skin 4, Skin 5
Fiora *(You can only play with Skin 3 from Fiora skins):
Classic, Riot, Skin 3, Skin 4, Skin 5

So if I have Skin number 4 unlocked for Tristana I can only use Skin number 4 for Fiora.

And btw. It does work I tested it today few times <Shame we can't keep those skins forever>
You just must be really quick, let's say you have to do this in less than 1 second.
