I hope you understand the difference between DoS and DDoS, from this it appears you really don't though so let me clarify.

 

Denial of Service; pretty much you're just flooding the network with a bunch of packets giving it useless traffic and such.

 

Distributed Denial of Service; pretty much you're doing a DoS with multiple computers/networks.

So unless by the statement mentioned you mean you're working on getting a second internet provider specifically for the use of DDoSing, you don't really know much about DoS/DDoS.

I know exactly what DDoS is. And with "working on the second D" I mean I am setting up a botnet. I hope that explains it.
