No. If you keep zooming out until you can see a boss in the distance, it won't attack from that far. I remember Diablo II's Maphack working that way allowing you to scroll lock to ridiculous distances and shoot from far but this doesn't work the same way.

Is it me or in the latest patch, if you use the hack you get much less fps?

thank you for the hack, work fine. The only downside is that it doesn't show you the waypoints when you use the maphack, at least not for me.
