This is exactly what i think even Gellins base isn't his own, he has variations of other peoples work and some of his own in their also. But people make such a big deal over not giving credits for a small snippet of code it is kind of ridiculous.

If you are the author of something, and somebody uses your product, entity, or thing, you would naturally expect acknowledgement for your time and effort.

Actually if you release a snippet of code to the public it is their to be leeched if you do not want your codes or project leeched than dont release to the public not everyone is going to give credits they say they did it to feel good about it soo if people know that noobs leech then why post codes? And then they complain about people using their codes with out crediting the author. well almost everyone does this. and most people deny that they do this but they do.

Microsoft release VC++ Series and no one credits them.

I would like to point out I credited them in a few releases :O.

Seriously people.. You guys do NOT give enough respect to coders around here. I mean seriously.. Who works their ass off than release their source for FREE? I mean really. I see some of these threads with like 4 thanks. Then I'm like damn. So here is a list of people you should thank and give credits to. One reason I don't release source anymore is because people never gave me credits or thanked me.
