    When I try to download the attachment, it says it's downloading and has an unknown time until it is finished. Yet it doesn't download.
    What is wrong with my download?

    For everyone that is getting problems with download/not working hot keys. It is caused by the download my get stuck around the 2mb area, then when you open the file Rar says the file stopped unexpectedly. I would try reuploading the file again to the website @Willeampere, i have tried it on fire fox,chrome,and explorer non-of which had a successful download.

    The download finishes at 2.1 mb instead of the 15. It's making it not work, probably because the files aren't completed? Can someone please re-upload and let me know

    EDIT:
    I fixed the incomplete download. I don't think I can post links, so go to Google and just type in
    "Payday 2 pirate perfection v15"
    And the first link should be UnkownCheats. You should be able to fully download it from there.

    I would not recommend to download from ************* because some of the users there tend to edit the files. Anyways, I've attached the re-upload here
