you can buy an argentina account off of someone (probably some here on mpgh) and do everything yourself. I have an account I've been using since 2016 and using free programs from mpgh have gotten shards, shrine, perks, etc. in the past two months with no ban. I wouldn't touch bloodpoints or auric cells though. The reason you'd want an Argentina account is because the base game is about 3 USD and auric cells are about 1/6th of their price compared to the us store.
