Hey I know this might be kind of an obvious question to ask but, considering the fact that IW doesn't have VAC enabled (no VAC tag in store page), how safe is it to use it?

Safe for the time being as far as I'm aware.

Only if you actually get to the high rounds. Setting the rounds will do nothing.

So at the moment there is no point in using the round changer if the key farm was patched? Is that what you mean when you say "key farming is patched"?
Do they limit the amount of keys you can get in a day or something like that?

They added some sort of check to the rounds and now when you change the rounds it doesn't give any keys, and if you finish a round now it counts down if youset it high.

You need host for everything.
