thats why when you delete your illegally downloaded programs and movies 2 seconds before the Feds come doesnt help, You'll get busted for not only illegal downloading but then for tampering with evidence, and in the end all the files are still stored the computer, so no point in the second offence because no matter how you deleted it, its still on there
