Which laptop to buy?

Depending on what you'd like to mainly do with it, I would just save up more. I picked up an MSI GE63 (i7 8750h, GTX 1070, 1TB SHHD + 256GB SSD) for a flat 2000$ even with shipping. It'll last me a few years more than the other might imo.

Also bestbuy sometimes racks up the price just because their consumers will never look to find lower prices or refuse to order it from Amazon, newegg or tigerdirect.

It depends if your willing to sacrifice portability. If you want portability (like me) I would go with the 15" version.

But I want someone's opinion, the 17' is the same price yet I can get them to price match with amazon to knock off $100... But the 15' has much better build quality. Also wanted to ask if the extra 2' of screen could potentially giving me slightly worse frame-rate?

17'' is quite good to buy as it gives more window space to do multitasking in a better way. I am also planning to buy 17'' Laptop in the next year

If your budget is limited and need a laptop for everyday use, go for dell inspiron series. If you want more power full hardware go to dell latitude or Lenovo
