(There are other random things in path, dont change them, only java)
It could be pointing to an old version of java.
Is this is? because it doesn't look like it has java, if so how do I change it to have java?

@Xiolest If java does not seem to be there, find your java.
Mine is in my program files. Once you find the location you can put it at the end of the line.

    EX: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin (each line is separated by a semicolon)
The java location should point to your bin folder in java
Java is either located in Program Files or Program Files (x86) (for x64 bit users).
If it isnt there, then you dont have java.

Classpath is an environment variable, if it is not there, try using server.bat or .jar.
If it doesnt work, add classpath to the environment variables. It uses the same location. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin)

@dinohobby: Make sure skype is closed and nothing is listening on port 80
Then, right click and go to properties, then compatibility. Click on compatibility mode and set it to windows 95
    then run as administrator.
@carbonnade I dont think they will, as mine is much clearer to understand, and has less grammatical error.

@Xiolest add a new variable, and call it classpath. Then just insert C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin and click okay.

    Then try again.

@Xiolest Wow. Okay then, Ive also read that you can fix it by moving java from program files (x86) to program files.

does it give you an error if you do the cmd command java -version?
