i had a idea but then i was watching youtube vids some other creations and then i saw wht i was going to make and what they made there its to hard to make for me i quit contest my buildings dont have so much details ( i was going to make colloseum whit a floor then can go up and down)

I am pretty sure that you didn't take a vid of your world cuz it says no excuses that you didn't record your self. Because you have to record yourself building i think the question (2) is no and the last 1 is that you are allowed to use mods so ...
