Works. Just tested before i posted this comment. It might be because you don't have the latest Visual C++ Redist. installed (see link above).

How do i get 99 or 98% accuracy ??

This could have multiple reasons:
1. You don't have 120 FPS.
2. The tool doesn't have enough CPU/RAM to function well
3. Some maps are inpossible to 100%, even with the lowest settings.

Delete and again try downloading.

You can change it in the Config.ini ;

screenresolution=1920x1080

The value, of course, being your current Osu! resolution.

Usually it will auto-detect your resolution, dunno how you messed up

I got an error. Tried Loading it then it got stuck on gathering information for a while then it closed and said Error: Finding Address Error Code 12
