The rules say max 500x300. It has no minimum size requirement.
Mine for example is 500x220, ethereal's is 350x450, SoTheCrazy's 500x200. Plus one of my previous entries was 500x250 (atm in my signature).

He has gone offline since 3 days, either there have been technical issues or he's ill.
Delaying the voting isn't a big deal, even if everything shifted a week forward it'd just be a minor inconvenience.

After all, Dynasty's literally gifting money, just be patient.
