I am seeing a lot of questionable advice on this thread here. Your CPU is still fine and plenty powerful. Why do you have a OC-able CPU and a non-OC-able motherboard? Your CPU is completely fine. Do not waste money on a new MB and CPU. If anything go for a 1440p 144Hz monitor. @Ggog tagging you so you can reconsider and maybe cancel the order

Your computer is pretty good but as @kj1234 why do you have a non-oc mobo?. 144hz 1440p monitor is a good idea and if you have the money add in 3x 1080p monitors with small bezels (totally worth it if you are into triple monitor setups).

You can't overclock your K series cpu with that motherboard. If you are not into overclocking you should have gotten a non-K processor which is like 50 bucks cheaper. You'd have to upgrade the motherboard if you can return it.

You made a good choice. While the kraken x62 is not the best cooling solution (a noctua cooler is cheaper and will do the same) it looks fucking awesome (I have it).

4K support is more with your graphics card being able to handle that rather than your motherboard.

As for RGB lights, that's all on you. There are cases that come with integrated RGB lighting as well.

However, for motherboards, 3 brands come to mind for me: Gigabyte Aorus, Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG), and MSI Gaming Pro.

There are some there that will have RGB lighting. Of course, you'll pay a premium for these items. Overall, I noticed you're getting the i7-7700k which means that these three mobo's will suit you. Although, if you are getting the i7-7700k, do realize that runs really hot. You're going to want to liquid cool your CPU -- especially if you want to OC. A rule of thumbis to get a larger surface area so that heat transfer may maximize itself. (Watch out for sizing though since you do have the NZXT 340. I actually run this as well.)

I just recieved my NZXT KRAKER X62 280mm. so that should be fine for my i7 7700k right? and I have a gtx 1080 8GB. so I don't really need a 4k motherboard? just the graphic card and monitor that displays 4K right? and I upgraded tot 32GB DDR4

Correct about the 4k part. You only need 4k monitor and a powerful enough GPU for 4k gaming. As for 4k Netflix, you will need a Kaby-Lake (which 7700k is) and a 4k monitor + Microsoft edge.

If you are worried, you can always put your stuff into pc part picker and check out any compatibility issues. They do a great job with that! However, you should be fine with all that. KJ seems be pretty knowledgeable as well about this stuff as they are 100% correct.
