Kulka12 sucessfully refunded me one order from Asos ~250£ and one from House of Frasers for ~350£.
I won't link any picture here as i don't like it but feel free to contact me and i can show you any proof.

Most important part is that Kulka12 has a great communication. He is nice, answer every questions and obvsly do his job perfectly.
I find it very rare here on Mpgh to find a refunder that actually listen and respond quickly to your demands.
