I really wouldn't put it past an Asian company to break rules such as those based around privacy...but then again, I don't live in one of those places so I can care a bit lees about it.

2ndly, people have been on about how these 'anti-hack' programs seem to look around your computer and stop things from running even BEFORE they are opened or even while the fricking game isn't running...

Believe it or not, (I think it's Game Guard, I can't remember...) one 'anti-hack' takes screen shots of your game and sends them to a server where they can be used against you if you were hacking. In the TOS, they make it so that they are allowed.
However, a TOS is very unlikely to hold up strong in court due to this tinny tinny fact...

They never try to FORCE you to read and understand the whole thing. They are always in some stupid small ass window with a scroll-bar and take WAY more time then anyone really has to read and understand them. Not to mention that kids play these games as well and can't even legally sign a contract, which a TOS is weakly trying to emulate.

Don't put it past Z8 or XTrap to try and get the upper hand on it's payers...one day your going to have CF open and switch to Firefox to watch some pron and they see you FAP FAPin' away because they hacked your PC camera....................

No matter the architecture, the game is 32bit and will run the SAME on every PC.

CF acts like a server because you're connecting to ones.
