I've Figured out how to get the creative mode working.
1) Make sure EAC is disabled
2) launch the game and put it in windowed mode and create or load into a creative single player game. It needs to be creative! (you can check by looking for the lightbulb in the player inventory menu)
3) exit the creative single player world and load into the survival SP or MP game which you want to use creative mode in.
3) alt-tab to your desktop and launch the mod. Make sure it finds the game. It should say something like "mono base: blahblahblah and handle: f0". Make sure you can see the mod console clearly and alt tab back into the game.
4) hold the ctrl key and tap the ` key (below escape). Green symbols should appear and a sound should play. If you hold the ` key, it will cycle between "on" and "off". just remember green symbols mean on and red symbols mean off.
5) Once you have the green lettering up, hold ctrl again and press f1. It should say CM derp DM. make sure you don't hold it down too long as it will cycle on and off just like the main "turn on" button.
6) hold ctrl once more and press f2. It should say "CM derp DM !OverDrive deh DERPZ!"
7) check to see if the lightbulb (creative) menu showed up in your inventory.

Using these steps I've been successful 100% of the time. Essentially all you're doing is loading into a creative game before you try to use the mod.

Has anyone tried this on war of the walkers mod... does not seem to work

There is a new antihack out that will detect dm. Cm also has a blocker now so if you try to work around it, you are detected. There is a skill point detection system and a bunch of other tools in it. You can not even change your player height without this thing booting you. It has hatch elevator detection ffs! This is not EAC, it is independent. I would not use any of these any more. This thing is built to record ip's, dll modifications, and record it for distribution to other servers. Just a heads up! Releasing your files here might be bad news now, should keep it private.

somehow it doesnt work for me. i followed every step, started without eac, window mode, created a creative game (private), shut it again, entered a mp-server, started and activated the mod, pressed f1 and then f2, yet no lightbulb/creative menue available. i also created a private single player game and tried the steps again but no success either on SP server or MP.
but the mod says "handle: 44" not "handle: f0" on my menu.
am i doing something wrong?

It acts like everything is activated, but I'm unable to open the creative menu, nor dev menu.

EDIT: Instant crafting and looting as well as locked health and stamina are working. NO CM/DM, though.
