No, VIP and Donator are entirely separate. One will not give perks to the other.

I know Dave takes prepaid cards, you can go to your local Walgreens/Walmart and buy a visa-amex prepaid card. and use that, but you should talk to Dave first, add him as a friend in mpgh to be able to PM him.
