you are missing a dll
probaly in your windows sytem folder,
Google> 'cannot find mscoree.dll'

You mean you have .NET Framework 2.0 or higher
and you pressed right mouse button then checked run as administrator?

What you should do is
download .netframework

Then Right Click on the trainer and select Run as Administrator.

Unrar it to your desktop
Then press right mouse on it > Properties > then select run as administrator.
