Did you run everything as admin? ;o

I'll explain what I did; Downloaded file, Extracted to folder on desktop, Ran "patcher_cf", logged in, minimized game while in a server lobby, Ran the triggerbot as admin, joined a game and whenever I saw someone and my crosshairs turned red, nothing would happen. I'm not entirely sure what is supposed to be happening though.. o:
