QUESTION!

ok... this is happening probly cuz im just stupid... but

i click on the attatchment and i download it and everything... and it dosnt open a folder, it opens like... the internet... does that make sense?

i clcik on it... an internet browser pops up for like 1 second then it closes itself out then asks me if i want to open it again...

how can i fix that?
