Did it twice mate. first purchase was 13,500 v-bucks, 2nd purchase was 5k vbucks.. 2nd purchase was like 2 and a half hours later.. going to try and make another purchase now which will be after like 7 and a half hours.

Just did it again for 5k vbucks - so far so good.

I did it 3 times on Samsung S7.. by spreading it out.. did one, then 2nd one after 2.5hrs then 3rd one after 7.5hrs. So far so good to be honest. if you get banned, sell the phone buy a new one, that's what I will do.

I just purchased 13.5K for $19.45 USD about an hour ago... If I was to make another purchase tomorrow do I need to redo all the steps?

Don't trust this method 100% on every device but it works for my Samsung galaxy s9+
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Download Fortnite Launcher and Fortnite through Galaxy Apps, not the Epic Games website and download/install with normal wifi.
YOU DO NOT NEED THE OPTION FOR THE "SAMSUNG STORE" in the options.
Step 1: Remove SIM card and turn off location
Step 2: Turn on airplane mode
Step 3: Go to settings, apps, then proceed to clear cache of the "Fortnite" (CLEAR CACHE NOT DATA)
Step 4: Clear DATA of "Fortnite installer, Galaxy Apps, and Samsung billing"
*All Samsung devices should have Samsung Billing pre-installed
Step 5: Restart Device
Step 6: Using ExpressVPN,Cybe******,NordVPN, connect to an Argentina server. (I'd personally use NordVPN but I tested the others and it worked)
Step 7: Repeat step 3 and 4
Step 8 : Launch Fortnite and log in
Step 9 : Go to store and see if currency is Argentina peso, If so move on the next step.
If not, repeat from the top
Step 10: Click on any package
(Price listed in USD)
13.5K = 749 ARS ~ 19.9$
5K = 399 ARS ~ 10.6$
2.8K = 249 ARS ~ 6.6$
1K = 274.52 ARS ~ 7.3$ ( Don't buy this, it's been glitched since I can remember )
**Deep freeze bundle is not available in Argentina but the starter packs are
Step 11: Press Buy and wait for the screen to log into Samsung Pay/Billing, log in
Step 12: Enter a REAL debit card/credit card. ( VCC's work too ) (Billing address doesn't matter just put you're home address, just don't fake it )
* The option for paypal does not work, transaction will not process
Step 13: Press pay and wait until successful purchase.

I also didn't need to put in any address. I just put in my card details.

I tried making my 2nd purchase in two days but this time without doing the steps all over again and once I logged into fortnite it said Brazil but was showing USD. I reset my phone and followed the steps again and was successful in making my 2nd purchase in two days. Was charged $20.36 USD with the international fees. I used a S7 edge and is a phone I don't personally use, it's an old phone. Thanks for your reply bossfizzy.

After you restart your phone, turn on vpn (I use express vpn, I used nord but express is better, you only need your email and your in. and then go to fortnite it will download again.. this is the only way it worked for me and ever since then it's worked, made 3 purchases and making 4 soon.

Samsung S7 mate. Try it on the S7 its a cheaper phone mate. probably the cheapest to do this method on.
