Based on that, it seems you've done it correctly, so most likely you've changed something SOMEWHERE else that is causing that.

I don't have the bloody skin, and retro savini still works for me. It's not tied to that.

While it's somehow possible, I haven't figured it out yet myself, mainly because after a while it got boring for me. Anyone that HAS figured it out, feel free to post it or post progress to it!

Is it the same principle or something different with Savini because no matter what I do I can't get anything to work with him or swapping textures for him.

Thanks for offering to help. I managed to get the skull texture on AJs swimsuit but still don't understand how I got it to work. I copied her rocker_default_shirt_12 over her swimsuit and it loads into my game but when I made a new .sav file I tried to reproduce the effects with no luck. I have a backup so I won't lose my Swimsuit.

I get the same issue I had previously when ever I change anything like AJ swimsuit or Tiffany's zebra pants onto her bikini when the game opens on the main menu it shows connecting in the bottom right corner and it will freeze for a seconds and once it continues to load I go to my customize screen everything I changed is reverted back to default and and even things I didn't edit like other counselors and perks are all set back to default.

I feel like I am missing a step or a specific rule I am not following.

Same procedure you just have to have the backer copy of Savini. If you can't change his skin you ain't able to do it.

I played around with it a bit. You gotta copy more than just the name dude. This is all that you need to copy https://i.imgur.com/hlRUVj3.png and then replace it. InstanceID is very important because thats what seems to give the perk the attribute from my tests. If anyone has the instanceID of the epic swift attacker, I would love you to post it.

edit: you also gotta copy the shit before /game/ too because that seems to crash my game if I don't have it.

I have a +20% -1%. I deleted my old one and when I replaced my file it gave me back the old perk so it might be doable. Worth testing.

been toying with the perk stuff, I deleted a perk, kept the instance ID and it stayed on my character after adding the ID back. I'm trying to find out what holds the value for the perks percent, because if I can make each one 100% then I won't need to stack perks

the marathon perk stacked 3 times is pretty fun, though. still have to refill because mine is low percent epic but its good stuff anyway
