I ordered 15 rides about 10 days ago. I've only gotten 3 so far, but I've been in regular contact with the OP who told me there was an issue and it should be fixed now. I actually prefer this slow drip of referrals so it doesn't alert any suspicion to Uber.

I'll post another update when my order is fulfilled.
