Energy Drinks: Yes or No?

Don't know much about energy drink but diet coke has my stomach destroyed I drink 6-8 litres a day would focus the walls without it!

Energy drinks with no added flavours and no added sugar are quite good for health.

I think energy drinks, like most "unhealthy things", are perfectly fine if used in moderation. moderation is like the ultimate holy grail that a lot of people don't understand.

I drank them so much till I got the opposite effect, where it actually began to just make me sleepy almost instantly. Stopped drinking once that started happening to me.

I think there is no way they would ever be considered good for you they keep you awake and if you need that little boost i beleive a good strong coffee would be better than all the caffeine and taurine

Long story short, yes and no... I think they should only be aloud in very small cans

if im doing an allnighter than yeah would chug one or two but if I ain't no point with them

I used to work at Walgreens and once a truck driver for monster came in and was buying water. Whilst I proceeded to ring up and tend her cash she told me her occupation and said she hopes I never drink her companies product. I ask her why and she tells me that she has to put stickers on her truck warning that if spilled it will eat and corrode most roads away IDK... I know it probably doesnt do that to your stomache but then again, maybe over time.

100% against energy drinks. Have had a few for specific occasions but I simply feel like they're rarely any good. They're simply full of sugar.

You could get caffeine from much better tasting sources in my opinion.
