As I know, VB compiled crosshair wouldn't work unless the game is in window mode. If its fullscreen mode you should compile a d3d crosshair using C++.

@kevin_er Even the crosshair is working you won't be able to snipe with this without aiming unless you have no spread hack activated.

Uhmm.... No once it automatically goes full screen, ALT + TAB then press on then go back otherwise, the crosshair wouldn't be in the middle.
