When you play league like tons, I mean.. tons, there's no champion you really find hateful to play against cause you know their weaknesses at any given point when its due, my opinion at least, but what I hate having in my team is different, and that will never change.

I hate teemo.... Hes fun to play and thats the problem you don't want to stop playing the most toxic and annoying character. I am jungle main so teemo always trolling me in some way. Always waiting for me to make a move freely while hes invisible.
