Go to Fiddler window and uncheck this "button" right here after you reach in-game main menu:

It will stop getting the data but your game should be fine still

I can confirm this works, I have 600x of everything, and it refreshes each time you relaunch the game. Great job!
That's because of fiddler's proxy. After you stop playing go to your windows settings and turn the proxy off. It will make your internet go back to normal.
Edit: The prestige changing also works, this tool is amazing. However there is a bug I don't know if it's intended, but, when you open the bloodweb, there is nothing there it's just empty.

Thank you, it's intended because if you do a different level Bloodweb the game recognize it and crashes.

If you want to level up just uncheck the rule without restarting game.

Follow all steps from the tutorial. If you still have problems uninstall and reinstall fiddler deleting all settings.

If you have this problem also with Fiddler closed press WIN+I on desktop search for Proxy click on Proxy Settings and disable it through the switch that says Use proxy server

I think you're missing that:
Click on Tools -> Options -> HTTPS
Then you have to check "Capture HTTPS CONNECTs" and "Decrypt HTTPS traffic" and Click "Yes" on every pop-up

Yes that's how it works, you have to select a character then open and close the bloodweb and then you have all, in version 2 it's not needed.

Maybe you downloaded the wrong Fiddler, the right one is Fiddler Classic, not Fiddler Everywhere, however now i go to sleep, tomorrow we will solve your problem, however I'm sure at 100% that if you follow the tutorial letter by letter it will work.
